TERMS OF SERVICE and WARRANTY
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 28 days. Most orders do go out sooner.
We cannot accept returns of programs; however we will replace a program that proves to be faulty within 2 months or damaged in delivery.
After a period of two (2) months, we will replace any damaged program for half the list price plus postage and this will remain in force for as long as this business is in operation. This replacement warranty covers all damage no matter how it is caused. Proof of Purchase may be required. The original item must be returned to us for replacement.
Remember, this Warranty covers your program no matter how the damage was caused. Postage of items is calculated at the current price list.
