Thirty years ago, the world of photography was film and darkrooms and no computers! In fact I can remember when I purchased my first typewriter and it had 8 Kb of memory and I thought I was set! I could store my contact details in the memory and type letters to my hearts content. And then when I got my first 386 computer, it came with a 20mb hard drive and did I have a computer to do things with!! But, I soon ran out of memory and put in a 560mb hard drive with a disc doubler - and a friend of mine said to me "you will never fill that up!" Well I sure did, and then the world of digital cameras came along and all of that became history! Here I am well over 30 years in photography but coming up to 30 years in business and I think it is time to celebrate and you are all invited to join in.
